How to order

STEP 1: Place your order <br data-start="187" data-end="190">Add the items you want to your cart, enter your delivery address and payment method, confirm the details, and click the "Complete Order" button to place your order.

STEP 2: Sending an order confirmation email <br data-start="273" data-end="276">Once your order is complete, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or make sure you have entered your email address correctly.
*If the item is out of stock, we will contact you separately by email.

STEP 3: Sending a shipping notification email <br data-start="402" data-end="405">When the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes the waybill number. Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after shipment.

STEP 4: Delivery of your product <br data-start="485" data-end="488">Products are usually shipped within 5 business days of your order. If you do not receive your order, please contact Sagawa Express or our company.

STEP 5: Regarding returns and exchanges <br data-start="569" data-end="572">If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email first. We will provide you with detailed information on the procedure.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Discover / UnionPay)

  • PayPal

  • Cash on delivery (cash only. For orders over 20,000 yen, please use credit card or PayPal)

About Shipping

  • Delivery company : Sagawa Express

  • Shipping fee : 690 yen (tax included) nationwide
    Okinawa, Hokkaido, Kagoshima: 1,500 yen (tax included)

  • We will ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Each order will be shipped separately (separate orders cannot be shipped together)

Returns and Exchanges

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior notice.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
    ・Missing tags or accessories ・Used or washed ・Damaged, dirty, or smelly ・Has been hemmed or otherwise processed

*In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, we will cover the cost including shipping.

How to use a coupon code

During the checkout process, enter the coupon code in the "STEP 3 Payment" field and click the "→" button. Please confirm that the coupon price has been applied and then confirm your order.
*Does not apply to non-eligible products.
* When using a coupon, points will be awarded based on the discounted amount.

Changes and cancellations after placing an order

You can change or cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
*We cannot accept changes or cancellations for orders that are being prepared for shipment or that have already been shipped.

  • Please note that sales prices may change without prior notice.

  • Regarding inventory , we update our inventory status regularly, but items may be out of stock depending on the timing.

  • We are currently distributing email newsletters containing information on new products and campaigns. If you wish to unsubscribe, please contact us by email.

  • Changes to product information Product information such as size and specifications may be changed without notice.
