Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. If we accept a return or exchange, please return the item within 10 days of receiving it. If we are unable to confirm the return after 10 days, we may refuse the return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges due to reasons such as "the size doesn't fit" or "the product is different from what I expected" will be at the customer's discretion.

If we cannot accept your return or exchange

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the product arrived

  • Items that are missing tags, labels, product boxes, or other accessories

  • Items that have been used and washed at least once

  • Items that have been damaged, stained, or smelly due to customer reasons

  • Items that were included with the delivery are missing

  • Products that have undergone customization services such as hemming

Generally, we only accept size and color changes for the same product.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement.

  • Depending on the condition of the product, we may refuse to exchange it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email, indicating the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
*Please write "Return Request" in the subject line of your email.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or lost during shipping, or if the product's condition has deteriorated.

  • Points for returned items will automatically be forfeited

Refund Policy

The refund will be the product price excluding shipping charges.
Even if the item was shipped free of charge, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

  • Credit card payments: We will cancel the charge or correct the amount and refund the payment. (Refunds are usually completed within 3-5 days, but may take place in the following month depending on the card company's closing date, etc.)

  • In the case of bank transfer, etc.: We will refund to your designated account (bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount).

Regarding defective products and incorrect deliveries

We carry out thorough inspections, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange or refund the product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • If we have stock, we will resend the good item.

  • We will cover all shipping and handling fees for exchanges and refunds.

  • If the replacement item is not in stock, we will accept a return.
